This past weekend we rented your limo 18 passenger bus for a dual 30th birthday celebration. We ventured into Lockport area for a 6 hour wine tour.  Jim McKay was our driver and was fantastic and very accommodating!  He called us the day before to confirm our overall plans. . .prompt pick-up. . . and never made us feel rushed.  The bus was decorated for our birthday's, along with complimentary champagne, filled ice cooler and glasses. We would definitely recommend for future events and, of course, would have to request Jim. :)  Thanks for making our big day memorable.

each time there were more screams from all the girls, they are a group of
wonderful girls and my niece had a glow about her the whole night that I don't

her and all of the friends that went!  I would like to thank Jr. for his
wonderful appearance, attitude and being there for anything that they/we needed
and the fact that he took the time to bring back a cookie cake to my sisters
house after we called last minute to make sure they could bring it to the
bowling center and were not able to, he was great with the crew he had, he
showed them all the lights and options that they had and we could have never
asked for more!  My niece is still glowing today and we can't thank you enough
for the commitment that we agreed to and the personal touch that made her night
a night that she will never forget!

  On Sunday we utilized one of your limo coaches and a chauffeur, Rhonda for a winery tour. Rhonda arrived at our home about 10 minutes before we were slated to begin. She explained all of the paper work and the brought us on board.
  Rhonda was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. She got boxes from each winery and asked us to put our names on the bottles of wine we purchase, packed, carried and stored them in the coach prior to us leaving the facilities. She spoke to us in a friendly courteous manner, asked if there was anything she could do to make our trip as pleasant as possible.
  We had a terrific time due in part to her excellent service.
  We would certainly recommend her to any group as an excellent driver and hostess.

I can't say enough about our driver Nathan "Nate Dog". The chauffer is not normally something I think about when selecting my limo service but have to admit that Nate was by far very knowledgable and a perfect fit for our group. He managed our wineries by contacting them to adjust for time constraints, worked with them to organize our group and fit us in. It's hard enough to fit in 7 wineries but he was there to take the load off of me and help me organize better. A great person to talk to and a pleasure to have enjoyed in our incredible time on Seneca Lake. He was just was an ideal fit for the occassion.

 Sunday, May 25.
  Gary Haupt was the driver.
  When picking up the
group at the house of one of the girls, he was very 
  professional, yet
considerate of the kids\'desire to have a fun time.
  Then, at the prom after
the accident occurred, I called him and he assured 
  me that he was ready
and available to pick the kids up as soon as 
  necessary.
  I\'m sure I
was not the only parent to call, but he was very understanding 
  and even
called me back to let me know that he hadn\'t yet heard from the 
  kids and
suggested that I let one of them know to contact him.
  My son commented that
Gary was great and was immediately available to pick 
  them at the arranged
spot. (unlike some of the other limo groups)

 So,please extend my thanks
to Gary. It was reassuring to know that he took 
his responsibility to
transport our kids safely seriously. And, he was 
quick to respond to the
unusual circumstances that evening.

 I'll definitely consider Diamond

My wife and I wanted to send you a note to tell you how
appreciative we were of the attention that Rhonda provided our children while
driving them the night of their prom. This was our 12^th prom
experience and without a doubt, the absolute best from the standpoint of limo
service and driver.

The phone call the evening before to touch base with my wife
really started things off on the right foot and made us feel comfortable that
the next evening would go smoothly. Things only got better… It was miserable
when the kids needed to get on the bus and Rhonda backed it up a very long,
narrow drive – still cannot believe she did it because I hate driving forward up
it. She enthusiastically greeted the kids, kept them as dry as possible and made
all of the 36+ parents milling around feel that the night would go well.
 Especially when she complemented our kids.

From what our daughter related, everything was perfect.
Rhonda was friendly, appropriately joked with the kids and helped to contribute
to a very memorable senior prom.

We would appreciate it if you could pass our thanks on to
Rhonda (a copy of this email would be great) and we will certainly send as many
groups your way so that they can have a “Rhonda experience” too.

To get her mind off it all I decided to take my wife and her to dinner and used your limousine service. I talked to the chauffeur Fred ahead of time and explained the situation to him. He was a very kind and understanding man and gave us the royal treatment .   He gave her a memory that will last a life time and my wife and I would like to express our gratitude towards your service and your chauffeur Fred.  We have to make many trips to the hospital in Rochester  from our home town of Cape Vincent near Water Town N. Y. She is going to have to have a kidney transplant eventually.  She is still talking about the unforgetable limo ride and the dinner we had.    Our family will always have that memory of the man who made our daughter queen for the night.

We used your services for my daughter's wedding on Saturday, May 27th. I have to let you know how throughly pleased we were with your company.
I never got the chance to reconfirm our reservation although, I wasn't concerned since I have used your company before. I went out to the road at the time we planned on figuring me in my gown would help the driver find the house. I was so surprised when the Rolls Royce limo came and the driver told me you had upgraded us. We were thrilled. All the girls and my husband climbed into the limo and enjoyed the short drive to the church. I was sorry church wasn't farther away.

In my daughter's words your drivers were "fabulous, personable and very helpful." They kept the bride hidden untill it was time to walk down the aisle. They were very helpful in transporting things from the church to the reception at the Newport House. They helped durring the photo sessions with getting the wedding party drinks. They helped carry things in to the restaurant from our cars. I was very glad we didn't have to worry about remembering to tip, since it was already paid ahead.

I can't say enough about your company and highly recommend Diamonds to anyone. When we recover from this wedding, I would love to make use of your service for a winery tour.

Not only was the caddy limo AMAZING, both in class and comfort, but our driver was AWESOME! He was the ultimate professional and provided us with a night of relaxation we desperately needed. Like any other Irish person blessed enough to be born on St. Patrick's Day, I had been looking forward to this birthday for years and I wanted it to be nothing short of amazing. When the day finally came, my party of 20, including myself, was fortunate enough to have Diamonds Limousine. Our chauffeur was awesome. There wasn’t anything he didn’t do to make the night anymore memorable. For example, the first bar we go to, Woody’s which was chosen as one of my VIP bars, I went to step out of the limo and our chauffeur was there waiting for me, to escort me into the building and up to the bar.

The entire night was everything that I had been imagining for a long time now. I have to thank everyone at Diamonds limo for their commitment to what they do, as well as their dedication. I also have to thank you once again, for making the night not only for myself, but for everyone else in my party, the most unforgettable, most enjoyable night “on the town” they have ever had. I am still receiving phone calls from people saying how much fun they had. I have already had many conversations with about how we cannot wait to do something like this again in the very near future. When I do plan the next outing, it will DEFINITELY be with Diamonds!

So, I would like to say it again… Thank you to everyone at Diamonds. Because of everyone involved, I, along with my party, was able to celebrate my 21st Birthday in an unforgettable fashion. And I need to thank you one more time for everything you did for me, and everyone else throughout the night. I honestly couldn’t have asked for more.

Like I said before, there are already plans for a 2nd “night on the town” in the works, I WILL be going through Diamonds! From here on out, I will be recommending Diamonds Limousine over any other Limousine/transportation company. I am more than satisfied with my experience with this company, and am thrilled to do business with you all again in the future.

Our most sincere gratitude to Mark Landry (and Diamonds too!) for the BEST Bachelorette Party EVER! When my maid of honor booked a limo, I said, "Thanks...but, the poor, poor driver! You'd better tip him well!" See, we're a rowdy bunch of gals...but, to my greatest delight, Mark was patient, tolerant, and loads of fun himself! He was professional at all times, but made us feel welcome, at ease, and free to party! He shared laughs, kept the coolers stocked, was there to pick us up super quickly upon receiving our call to move to the next location, and was totally cool with our unanticipated change of venue for the last bar. He even made a couple extra stops to drop off some partiers a bit early without flinching an eye. He was, by far, more than we ever expected. Thank you, Mark! I just wanted to say THANK YOU TAHNK YOU THANK YOU!!!!! On December 30th, I had a surprise birthday party for my daughter who was turning 11 years old. Our driver  showed up on time, and I must say that he was absolutely 'Wonderful.' At first I will admit that I was thinking to myself, 'How in the heck is this guy going to handle 10 very pre-pubescent 11year old!' Our driver had the patience of a saint (Even when the balloons kept flying up past the driver).

At first we went for pizza, and then we went to the mall for ice cream. However before the ice cream, they felt the need to drive around the mall parking lot 5 times just to wave and scream 'hi' to every person they saw, and our driver being the great guy he is, was happy to accommodate them. When we left the mall, our chauffeur was right there waiting patiently ready to face more torture from my girls. When they said go, he went. When they said stop, he stopped. And I would imagine that if they said 'jump' he probably would have said, 'How high?'

After two hours of this divider going up and down, windows being open and shut, balloons flying in the front, and let's not forget the repeated playing of an N*Sync CD, he stood through it all, never faltering at one moment (or at least I didn't see him). So I just want to say to all of the parents out there who have no idea what to do for their kid's next B-day party, give Diamonds a call and ask for the same chauffeur. And I would like to say to Diamonds, thank you so much for your wonderful service, and last but certainly not least, a great big thanks to our driver for treating my girls like the 'Divas' they thought they were. You're the best, and you'll be hearing from me again soon!

Not to say your others aren't as professional, but having him was like having an old friend drive us. You can be very proud of your entire staff. I just wanted to write to thank everyone at Diamonds for making my 21st birthday the most AWESOME night of my life! We took the Navigator out on 12/7, and spent the night partying like rock stars! The limo was amazing, the chauffeur was the coolest guy in the world, and dealing with Diamonds to make the reservations was very simple and worry-free! My friends are still talking about it, and we all agree that the night was great, and went by WAY too fast!

I'm not sure what kind of training your chauffers receive, but our chauffeur was great with everything. He was professional and fun, and knew just where to take us to have a blast! I was trying to keep 13 people rounded up all night, and he was a big help!

If I can ever find another special event (and $600 again!), then I will be giving you guys another call, and highly recommending you until then! I enclosed a picture for you all- I'm the one with the flower lei on. could you please pass my thanks on to our chauffeur?
