We have Mike as our driver on Sunday 12/30. He did a great job: professional, fun courteous, helpful.

I was part of the group on Dolly the Trolley with Michael this past weekend, and I just wanted to say that he was amazing. He is clearly great at his job, but he truly went above and beyond to make sure our group was happy and safe, especially my boyfriend who forgot his meds at the hotel. In this crazy world, it's just nice to know we still have good, caring people! Thank you!

I just wanted to drop a quick note of thanks to you! At the last minute I decided to book a limo for the Journey concert at Darien Lake last night. I have always been impressed with Diamonds as a whole but last night was, without a doubt, one of the best!

Not only was the caddy limo AMAZING, both in class and comfort, but our driver was AWESOME! He was the ultimate professional and provided us with a night of relaxation we desperately needed. He took care of everything for us without hesitation. From making sure we were dropped off at the best spot to picking us up and getting home safely. He was very personable and put us at ease the entire time!WHAT A GREAT NIGHT!!!

I will be contacting you soon to set up a wine tour in the fall!!!

I reserved "The Bumble Bee" coach on Friday March 17th, St. Patrick's Day, in celebration of my 21st Birthday. Like any other Irish person blessed enough to be born on St. Patrick's Day, I had been looking forward to this birthday for years and I wanted it to be nothing short of amazing. When the day finally came, my party of 20, including myself, was fortunate enough to have Diamonds Limousine. Our chauffeur was awesome. There wasn’t anything he didn’t do to make the night anymore memorable. For example, the first bar we go to, Woody’s which was chosen as one of my VIP bars, I went to step out of the limo and our chauffeur was there waiting for me, to escort me into the building and up to the bar.

The entire night was everything that I had been imagining for a long time now. I have to thank everyone at Diamonds limo for their commitment to what they do, as well as their dedication. I also have to thank you once again, for making the night not only for myself, but for everyone else in my party, the most unforgettable, most enjoyable night “on the town” they have ever had. I am still receiving phone calls from people saying how much fun they had. I have already had many conversations with about how we cannot wait to do something like this again in the very near future. When I do plan the next outing, it will DEFINITELY be with Diamonds!

So, I would like to say it again… Thank you to everyone at Diamonds. Because of everyone involved, I, along with my party, was able to celebrate my 21st Birthday in an unforgettable fashion. And I need to thank you one more time for everything you did for me, and everyone else throughout the night. I honestly couldn’t have asked for more.

Like I said before, there are already plans for a 2nd “night on the town” in the works, I WILL be going through Diamonds! From here on out, I will be recommending Diamonds Limousine over any other Limousine/transportation company. I am more than satisfied with my experience with this company, and am thrilled to do business with you all again in the future.

A group of us girls from Wegmans went on the Seneca lake wine tour on Sat. July 14th.  Most of us had never been on one and we had SO much fun. Gary was our driver and he was great!!!  He had a great balance of being friendly and also professional. He was very knowledgeable about all the wineries.  We have spread the word around our Wegmans store and have other girls interested in going on a tour. So we have decided to book a fall tour, t his time Keuka lake!  (and of course are requesting Gary to be our driver!)  So thank you for a wonderful day and I will be contacting you to set up our tour!!!

Our driver, Juni, was great.  He arrived on time, was friendly and sociable, he really made it a great night.  The limo was clean and it was great having someone who knew his way around the city so well.  From the East End Fest to the bars on the river we went all over and it was never an issue.  Thanks Juni!!

Debbie--I wanted to thank you for getting us Dolly the Trolley for my daughters wedding on Oct 20. The bride & groom & the entire wedding party had a great time riding around Canandaigua in it. I know the photographer got some great pictures.
Also, Lindsay, Pete & several members of the wedding party commented on how great the driver, Mike, was, very attentive to all their needs. He made the day even better for them. He even helped my husband with his tie.

I just wanted to take a moment to tell you what a fantastic time we had this past weekend with Trey as our driver. He was great fun, very prompt, and knew the important 'secrets' of the Seneca Lake wineries. As a Customer Support team, we are very sensitive to great service and Trey delivered!

Many thanks to Debbie as well. She was very helpful and easy to reach and even called after hours to ensure Tre made it to our meeting point on time.

I had my junior prom on Friday night and your company provided the limo. I really wanted to inform you on how well everyhing went. The Excursion looked extremely presentable and everyone loved it. The limo ride was a very memorable part of the night. Also, our  chaperone, Junior, was very professional and curteous. He was also very good when it came to dealing with the parents. He was very punctual and stuck to the itinerary very well. There are no complaints that I can possibly think of. Thank you for the great service.

Dear Debbie,
  On Sunday we utilized one of your limo coaches and a chauffeur, Rhonda for a winery tour. Rhonda arrived at our home about 10 minutes before we were slated to begin. She explained all of the paper work and the brought us on board.
  Rhonda was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. She got boxes from each winery and asked us to put our names on the bottles of wine we purchase, packed, carried and stored them in the coach prior to us leaving the facilities. She spoke to us in a friendly courteous manner, asked if there was anything she could do to make our trip as pleasant as possible.
  We had a terrific time due in part to her excellent service.  We would certainly recommend her to any group as an excellent driver and hostess.

  We had the extreme pleasure of having you as our son's chauffeur for his McQuaid  junior prom on May 9th.  We can't thank you enough for your excellence.  We appreciate your dedication to safety, and a drug/alcohol free night.  It's important to note the other company that was there that night did not have a "prom promise"  or a chauffeur who spoke to the parents and students about expectations.  I loved knowing that if one of the kids was caught " using ",  he or she would be left behind.  In this day and age we all need to encourage kids to do the right thing.
